Master S. Bala Murugan, MCA, is the visionary founder and President of the World Karate Masters Association (WKMA). With decades of experience in martial arts and a profound commitment to social development, he has shaped WKMA into a globally recognized organization with members from over 44 countries.

Born and raised in Tamil Nadu, India, Master Bala Murugan combined his academic strength (Master of Computer Applications) with his lifelong passion for karate. As a senior black belt and respected master, he has trained hundreds of students, led national-level tournaments, and contributed significantly to the martial arts community.
